Jacob Daniel Murphy is an accomplished vocalist, artist and performer with a dynamic background in theater, national television and premier live entertainment. A California native, Murphy began his artistic journey in church musicals and local theater, laying the groundwork for a flourishing career. In 2020, he earned a coveted Top 40 spot on Team Blake on NBC’s Emmy-winning show, The Voice (Season 18), advancing to the Battle Rounds. Following his performance on the show, Murphy released a reimagined version of Drake’s Marvin’s Room during the pandemic, which has since amassed over 1.9 million streams organically across all streaming platforms, without marketing or promotion. He is currently working on his first official project release, slated for Spring of 2025.

Since then, Murphy has continued to develop his craft and experience, performing under notable contracts with the Walt Disney Company, starring as a principal performer in the SAG-AFTRA production GameChanger and has captivated audiences at weddings across the country. Now SAG-eligible, he continues to broaden his creative horizons while building on his artistic repertoire.
